Tire size?
#1
I am new member and new to duning and will show my ignorance by asking a question that has probably been asked one hundred times. What size rims should I get? 8" or 10"? I will be riding a 90 LT250R with a few bolt-ons (Trinity pipe and silencer, K & N, and V-Force reed cage). I have heard the 10" has less sidewall flex (does it matter in the sand?). I have heard the 8" has better floatation (will I notice a difference?). I will not be racing but want a good all around tire. I am thinking about getting the ITP Sand Stars as I have seen nothing but good reviews for them. The Skat-Trak Edges and Mohawks also look interesting. Also, 21" or 22" front tires?
Any comments?
Thanks!

Man just start off right. Get some 21 or 22 x11x8's. They give you better flotation and hook up a lot better. You cannot spin them as easy as you can with v paddles or some 10 inch haulers, but I think they are a lot better.
