Lets keep it safe this season at all the dunes. Last year I had some idiot on a CR250 land on my sandrail in front of the big bowl at Dumont. For those that have been there, thats almost in the camp area. He had spotters but they were all watching him, not the landing. I still dont know how they didnt hear 2 uncorked VW rails. After I made sure the guy wasnt dead, him and his buddies tried to pull myself and my wife out of our rail to fight us. Remember last year at Holloween was the big fires in California so there was very minimal BLM and almost no Sheriff. Lets be safe so we can all be here to complain in May when seasons over.

 

I hate the dunes on big weekends! Too many stupid people!

Is halloween a big weekend? I've never been there on Halloween. I've been invited and some friends are goin then. I may sit this one out if it's too rowdy.

 

Halloween 2 years ago was dead, there was maybe 20 camps. Last year was insane, probably 200+ camps. Even off weekends at Dumont are gettin big.
