any1 know of any beaches or dunes on the east coast that u can ride atv's on?i live in PA and go down to Outer Banks, NC on vacation every year and am looking for a place there or on the way to ride on

 

i went down there once on vacation and there was some dunes by kity hawk but i dont think u can ride on them though

yea in the outer banks u gotta have a license and u can only ride in a tour group with a utility atv they have, its pretty retarded, they only go like 20mph the whole time [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]
