Default Nighttime Visablity Ideas???

Lighted flag and tire flys work for me. The most creative, and cheapest, thing that I've seen is someone lashing those 99 cent glow sitcks to their flag whip. I also bought a lighted vest for my daughter. It looks like a construction workers/safety patrol vest (a wasit strap and two shoudler straps) that velcros at the front waist. It has a 9v battery and has flashing LEDS up and down the front of the straps. Can't miss her.

Default Nighttime Visablity Ideas???

I have just bought Trail tech's for my 250R and use a Led Tail light. I have a tire-fly at the top of the whip that blinks neon green (pretty bright) and red tire flies on the wheels.

We like to go out and sit at the top of the dunes near the North campground with the buggies in our group, watch the other buggies wheelie up them in the dark.

I have also been concerned about sitting at the top of a dune, with no lights unless I am moving/engine running. I was thinking of mounting several running lights under the fenders or along the frame and running them off a small battery mounted in the airbox. I could park at night and flip on the running lights, (without having to idle the engine for headlight voltage) and still be safer than just sitting with no more than just the whip blinking.

Anybody know of small lights that could be run off a very small battery, like a streetbike battery or even a 9V setup?

Nicname, I would go the bicycle/jogger blinking lights route and lights on flags.
There are lights that you can wire in such as at the header of the intro page to this site.
At Snakehunt at night with its party atmoshere the more lights the better....silly fun and safety.
