No kidding - that article had both *dune* machines running knobby tires in the sand - and they complained over and over about the Banshee's wheel spin (duh) - that's why it lost the drag race.
Bottom line is a 'shee's the ATV all other dune machines will be compared to for a long time. Personally, I like my YFZ - but when I had a cRaptor I liked it to....

ohhhhhhh your a real tuff guy.........ya thats why a banshee didnt want no part of me : / and the pfz's were the only thing compariable to my x out there.......so sit on that....ya i mean if you drop 10 grand in a banshee it whoop @$$ but hey do the same thing to a x or a pfz.....banshee be in the dust

thinkin buddy's onto somethin wit da ATC90 - but the ATC110 (with rear fenders removed) had the low range/high range option and may indeed be a better choice against a 'shee - lmao

OK - maybe this sin't so dumb after all.
I did indeed OWN an ATC110 - with the HI/LO range!
Ha!
I actually did race an ATC90 out @ pismo w/ it. I barely won that one.
But - we were both kids and racing was fun.
Now it costs too much $$$.
I will have a cr500 powered ATC250r. I have to get approval from the wife first (This might take a few years) Then bring on a ds x whatever... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
