Default Glamis/California off-road license?

I'm from Oregon and am planning on taking a road trip to Glamis this spring break. I licensed both my truck and my quad up here, but am curious if I need to buy a new license when I go to ride there? Do I have to worry about a red or green sticker? Any info is helpful, if you have a web address with the rules could you post it? thanks guys!

you dont need a new liscence for your quad, but your existing liscence must be visible at all times. You will need a whip if you dont already have one.

www.glamisdunes.com

good web site for general info

I'm not sure but you may need to get a non-resident sticker. I think they're $20 and are good for one year.

What about for my truck? I always see people parking in the sand, do I need to buy something to park there?

As long as the vehicles your bringing into the state are registered in your Home State, You will be fine. Only residence of Ca. have to worry about red/green stickers. And, out of state vehicles NOT registered in their home state, have to register here, if they want to ride legally.

The fees you pay at the gate, will get you on the beach, nothing else to buy Just remember to air down

And, enjoy your stay while you are here
