i went there, it was real good. the police was everywhere. they only pull over people not wearing seat bealts and if you look under 21. they did not issue any tickets just verbal warnings. some people from seattle set up a stage and play music all day long, next to the stage they have a freestyle ramp and they did tricks while a rock band play music. it was very hot so everybody hang around the lake.

 

Sounds like it was fun and sane at the same time. Heck, I wouldn't even mind going there again.
