so what the word on the dunetopia weekend? I was there but since everyone looks the same in a helmet sitting on a machine, I really didnt meet anyone from any of the forums. lots of people and some great looking machines. had a lot of fun watching people pound crapo and choke. had my shifter strip out so I didnt race or anything, but had a blast none the less.

Just returned from 6 days up there.
WOW and WOW are the two words that stick out after every trip up there.
I had always made at least 2 trips a year, last year I made only one. That will NEVER happen again.
I don't know if more power this year, or more freinds this year, but it left a much more lasting impression this last trip. I ride locally at Little Saraha in Utah, and am quite lucky to have that so close, but this year was different. Now I am thinking of more trips to Idaho and less trips to Little Saraha. Its another 130 miles, but well worth it. Utah has more acreage, and a bigger hill, but the big bowls, the smooth transitions, the jumps, Choke Cherry, the Lake, the Fingers, all make Idaho the best.
We were there with about 100 members of various web sites and their families. It was amazing!
Here are some members I either met or had a chance to catch up with again.
Hightower, Raptiod, Bansheewarrior, Cornbred, Crazyguy, DSBomb, DSmama, Derbyking, Bad686, TestaRob, Ladyrider, Air, Trxoutlawz, Raptorbob, Toolman, Big K, Rivermobster, Retodd, ShaneB (Joker), Chad400ex, Sandgod, Buddah, Junior, and MANY MANY MORE!
I can't wait for July 24th, I will be back!

wheelieman,
If you come thru boise area on I84 you can get some good stuff in meridian. Exit the interstate at meridian road, go south about 1 mile and on the left in the Victory Gardens nursery is a tent that has most of what is considered "illegal" to use but "legal" to buy. Mortars and all things that go up. several things that blow up, and many things inbetween. With any luck, my friends and i will be heading to St. A's this weekend also. Have fun.
