What kind of a difference would front dune tires make on my TB's? On the rear of the '97 I have the Kenda "The Trakker" v-paddle. But the front end sinks in the soft sand. Would the dune tires make the front float?

Front dune tires will help you float if they are wider than what you already have. What size are your front tires? What air pressure do you run? Try running 2 or 3 lbs up front and see if that helps. I can get away with 2 lbs on my Banshee without blowing or getting sand in the bead. I can run even less in my 250 because it has a stiff sidewall.

I've got Dune Tracker 22x8x10 on 6x10 2+4 Douglas .125 rims on my Scrambler 400 2x4. THEY ARE GREAT! Precise turning, excellent floatation. Glides right accross razorbacks. Go with the 2inside+4outside offsets to add stability to a tall quad. The 6-inch width is mandatory to provide the floatation. Don't let them talk you into 5x10s. If you can afford the STU Razorbacks, they will fit on a 8x10. Whoa...that's one wide tire. I put 2.5 inch spacers on the rear tires too. I'm very pleased with the handling.
