Mexico Dunes?

There really aren't any Dunes in Rocky Pointe.
There is a large hill that has one side that is nothing but sand. This is where most of the riding occurs. The only other sand is along the ocean. Up until the past few months, you can ride for miles on the beach and have a great time. However, much of this land has been developed into several condo's, homesites, etc., recently and the beach riding is being eliminated.
The best part of Rocky Pointe is you can ride in the sand, along the beach or on the hill and then drive straight into town for lunch, dinner, shopping, etc. ATV's are allowed during the day on the city's streets without lights, license plates, silencers, etc. You aren't suppose to ride at night, but only rarely do the cops ever hassle you about it.
Traffic in Rocky Pointe is not heavy at all. This provides a pretty safe environment to ride an ATV in town.
Good luck!
