Hey everyone. I am a new user. I have got say that the kermit dunes are the best ive have ever been to. There about 5 hrs from Duncanville, but its worth the drive. I have ridden dunes in washington, cali,vegas, & oregon, and kermit is the best. The people are awsome and its always a party. There are no fees or any rules at all. The cops dont mess with you either. If anyone out there knows jimmy gooch or josh ruth. Tell them john wayne said hey. Thats my old running group. And if you know them you know how we roll. THE BADDEST BIKES there. I havent been in over a year. Joined the navy, and live in wash. Hope to see yall soon.

wh0's going this weekend??? the 17/18th, anyone, im probably going to go.... JohnWayne.. hey im from WA, joined the Air Force and got stationed here, Del rio, funny huh, ive too have riddin most the dunes on the west coast including WA, OR, CA---Glamis baby... and yes short of glamis kermit rules!!! but last i knew there were some 800cc plus DS 650s on Alky stoping by there one some big weekends, claiming the name "BIGGEST BADDEST BIKE" out there...........

Thats becuase the gooch group dosent go much anymore. Next time you go. Ask a local about jimmy gooch and all the banshees we rolled with. They'll let you know.

 

I go to the dunes alot and do't remember any1 by that name, i live there in kermit with a shee so not o sure who u are. Maybe one day when im out there we will have a little racee.

 

Those of you who have been to the kermit sand dunes,I need some info. How far are the sand dunes from the actual city of Kermit? How big is the city of Kermit? Thanks

 

the dunes are 5 miles north on highway 115 out of kermit... Kermit itself is real small, two real descent hotels and one shaddy one.. bout $50 a night.. if camping aint your thing.. got some pics in my profile..when ya headed that way??
