Aerial photos of dunes!!
This is a site that has old aerial photos. Just type in a town in the search, and then if you back off the zoom, you can usually find the dunes and re-center on them. Zoom in for some cool perspective. If you make sure the resolution is the same, you can really see some size comparisons.
