Inlaws have a mountain home at Henrys Lake 18 miles from the west entrance. I actually liked the burned area better than the unburned becuase those lodge pole pines grow so close together you can't see anything through them. Once burned you can see the mountains and landscape that they hide soo well.
Lodge pole pines like the ones in yellowstone need fire to pop the seeds out of the cones so they can grow. The Forest Service considers lodge pole pines weeds. They grow so thick they smother everything else trying to grow around them.
The fire is getting closer. The Forest Service told us today to be prepared to evacuate.

Barney Lake just after the sunset.

I hit 13,000 miles and 1376.8 hours just after passing Barney Lake.

Riding off into the sunset as we approached the back side of Marysvale Peak.

Thanks again Hawkeye, nice to see you again.
From others who have bought camera mounts I have been told that they get feed-back through a solid mount and the videos come out blurry.
I'm shocked mine turn out as well as they do for an old camera bungee-corded to my bag. LOL
