how are things in Twitchell Canyon the last few days Specta?

 

I've never been there myself but I have a friend that lives in Phoenix and he camps there all the time. H esold his ATV but rode there quite a bit. I'll ask him.

 

cooler temps have slowed the fire down but it's still burning. No homes but we have lost a few historic buildings in a really nice area.

I think they are going to let the smow put it out but they are trying to keep it from coming this way. Windy but cool.

 

Just thought I'd let everyone know, I spyed ole' Specta on TV.
Watching "Destination Polaris" last nite on the DVR. It was about the Polaris event in Montana and low and behold........there was Specta sitting in the passenger seat of a Razor.

Wasn't quite sure the first time around if it was you or not, so I rewound the DVR a couple times and paused it to makesure, sure enough.....it was.
