the hill

from the top

and the bottom

I don't always make it to the top. - YouTube

I'm coming back down the hill with the wheels still soinning forward and them I put on the brakes.

Its pure ice under the snow. The old tracks are mine too from a week or two ago, didn't make it up that day either.

Or Slip Sliding Away. Should have added a nice blood curling scream to add to the effect.

There could have been some males in the herd of elk you saw. I think they shed their antlers around this time of year. At least the deer and moose around here do in the middle of winter. Nice pictures, once again.

thanks Moose

did you shed yours??

I enlarged the picture and could see one bull with a small rack. The really light one right in the center.

I do think there was more than one, looking closer I would guess 3.
