Which used ATV to buy????
I am looking to upgrade my kids ATV. He currently has a Honda Recon 250 that is only 2 wheel drive and a shifter. I would like to get him something between a 300cc and 400cc bike that has 4x4 and maybe automatic. So far I like the Yamaha Bruin, Kawasaki Prairie, and the Honda Fourman or Rancher. I would love to hear some feedback on these ATV's. Thanks

You might want to check out the Suzuki KingQuad 400AS.
4wd, auto, "winch ready", speedometer/odometer, tried and true reliability.
Simplicity of an air/oil cooled, non-fuel injected, engine. Lots of aftermarket support & accessories.
The KQ400 is essentially an '02-'07 Eiger, but with the King Quad bodywork starting in 2008.
NOTE-I "might" be a little biased.

You can not go wrong with any of your choices, but the Foreman has a full size chassis/frame like any big bore Utility ATV but with a smaller motor.
Its hard to tell a 680 Rincon from a Foreman when there parked side by side. Might be a little large for a kid. Your other choices are mid size frames.

I need to go check those out, we have a huge yamaha and suzuki dealer here and they always have models to test drive...I'm not done looking. All the guys on youtube say the polaris breaks down allot, if this is true that sucks cause I wanted that new 500 xp badly in fact I almost left the shop with one!
