Default 50cc GIO No Spark

I have a 50 cc GIO Mini ATV with no spark engine cranks fine and new battery. I have replaced the CDI only. I have elimated the kill switch(s) by removing the kill switch pin from the cdi still no spark. I was also told to remove the green wire pin on the key switch and this would test the key switch did this and still no spark . I don't know how to disconnect the remote starer and if that is even a concern. Here are some of my measuremments:
AC power pin while cranking 57.0 vac with CDI disconnected
Voltage Timing Trigger while cranking .29vac with CDI disconnected
CDI Kill switch Pin Ignition Off 0vac and 0vdc with CDI installed
Ignition On 1.2vac and .7vdc with CDI installed

Ignition Coil Pin on CDI ( Installed ) to ground 8.3 M ohms
Ac Ignition Power pin on CDI ( Installed ) to ground 591 ohms
Timing Trigger Pin on CDI ( Installed) to ground 120ohms
CDI ground wire tests good

I think that my coil is bad because it appears that the voltage from Stator Magneto are there and the resitance readings appear incorrect from the ignition coil. STILL NO SPARK ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPECIATED

Thank-you
