Default Tire and Rim Help

I have and 07 rubicon and want to upgrade my tires and rims...i use my atv for hunting and occasional rides

question 1...what tires should i go with ...been looking at the mud lites and swamp lites

question 2... what size tire do i need..i dont want to go over 26 inches but should i go with 10-12 in front and 12-12 in the back or go with 10-12 all the way around...seems like my local honda dealer only sells them in same sizes all the way around but on the web they come bigger in the rear than front

question 3...i like the ss 108 black...i think they may look good on my camo avt...any other suggestions about what rims to look at...

any help would be greatly appreciated...

thanks

To know what tires to suggest, we would have to know a bit more about what kind of trails and conditions you ride in.

Is it swampy, and you don't care about a smooth ride on trails?

Is it rocky with some mud/snow and you will be doing trail riding?

Also, wheel wise, that's your choice according to your budget, but personally I'm not too keen on spending $$$ on blingy wheels that will get smacked off big boulders and sprayed with rock...

If you are looking for a good all-around tire check out the zilla's(not mudzillas). They are pretty light, will get you through most anything, and ride nice. As for width, it will depend on the terrain. Wide on all 4 if in swamps/bogs a lot otherwise they can be skinnier up front. For rim selection check out ebay for combos. There is a ton of options on and you can see what they look like with the different combos of tires/rims. A handful offer free shipping too. Got my 27" zillas on 14" ITP SS rims mounted with lugs and centercaps on there for $625 delivered.

I agree with switzomatic. Check out the Zilla's, great all around tire at an affordable price. Picked up a set on E-bay for $290 with free shipping 26x11x12 and 26x9x12. Best bang for your buck. IMO.
