Default Leaking from vents any ideas?

I just bought this ATV it is a Honda rancher with 60 hours. It is either a 06 or 07. Anyways I had been riding for about 4 hours last Saturday broght it home and cleaned it up and sprayed some dw40 on some of the engine and I took it out tonight and felt some warm liquid hit me in the face. After getting home I saw some liquid bubbling out of one of the vents. Looks just like water but has a slight burn smell to it. I think these vents are for the differential and the carburetor but I really have no clue. I am not sure if something is really wrong but the atv ran fine. Any suggestions or input sorry for my lack of knowledge on the machine. The liquid seemed to be coming from the hose farthest to the right.

Follow the line that was discharging and locate where it is coming from then
check the fluids and you should be good to go!
