Unhappy ATV tire repair ?

so i had my Quad outside under the deck and i was going to ride it today but the tires were flat so i pumped them up but found out that 2 tires have cracks/hole in them, is there a quick/cheap way of getting it fixed ?
p.s. its not on the sidewall.

For holes, I'd use a plug kit. If they're cracked from age, it's time to replace them.

Same as above. If they are weather cracks replace them. If an actual puncture I had a slit in a sidewall that I put 3 plugs in and it held. Clean out the hole with a ream, put the plug in the tool, dowse it with glue, insert, turn 90 degrees and pull out the tool. Put in air. Check with a mix of water and a few drops of dish soap. If it is still leaking it will show up with bubbles blowing up and bursting.

If money's an issue you could probably find some stock tires someones taken off for free or pretty cheap.

Default holes in tires

I just cut to the chase and put a tube in when the wife punched a hole through the new factory tire.
