Advice on 700 class

I ended up going with the camo....I was dealing with 2 dealers in New Hampshire, being from CT i didnt want to pay sales tax. The dealer with the black KQ gave me a number which included over $400 in freight and dealer fees. He told me if I came to the store he could work numbers with me and try to get a payment where i want it. Being a 2+ hour drive i asked him a couple other times to see what he could do on the price, but he was stuck on me driving up there. So i called the dealer with the camo, told him about all the freight charges the other dealer had and said if thats the case with his dealer as well i may as well pay 6% CT sales tax and buy in CT. He called me back shortly there after with a price not including the freight charges and dealer fees. He got my CC number for a deposit and i will be picking it up friday. Thanks for all the replies and info from everyone as it was quite helpful.

Good deal. congrats on your purchase. Youll love the camo. Ive got it on my arctic cat and it dont show scratches but ive noticed when i put a back pack/atv bag on the rear rack it rrubs it off so i now have "bald" spots on the rear plastic. not a big deal though to me. its what ts for. Did you get power steering?

Sounds to me that mudshooter did do his research. He asked questions about certain atvs he was interested, looked at them, decide which one fits hits needs and went with it. Just because a bike is super fast and $2-3,000 more, don't mean its the best for everyone needs. Rickcj,Im sure you haven't ridden a king quad long enough to tell which power steering unit is better,if you even rode one at all so don't criticize him for that. I will say between the can am 500 i have and the arctic cat 700 i have, the 700s locking diff. is better TO ME. Why? because when i lock it,its locked,i dont have to wait for the tires to spin or have the front tires bounce back and forth like they do with my 500 trying to find traction. The most aggravating thing i see on here is someone coming in a forum and basically saying THEIR atv is better, or a certain atv is better than the other. All manufactures offer different types of bikes because everyone likes something different.
