Default Bombardier 650DS Weight capacity??

Well i've been searching around the web for quite some time, trying to do my research about the Bombardier 650DS and its weight capacity because I am a heavy guy, well I couldn't find a darn thing. So when I went to purchase her, I sat down on it and was told i still have quite a bit of play on the suspension, and I should be fine.

So i rode her around quite a bit today through the mud, water, etc, powerful machine indeed. But when I opened the Manual it said there is a sticker on the side that displays "Maximum vehicle load including user and utilities 275lbs" Well I weigh around 360.

What do I make of this? Is it dangerous to ride this beast now that i'm well over the weight capacity? Kind of frustrating to see the weight limit posted on a sticker, but no where on the web from where I searched.

Thank you.

I wouldnt worry about it. My Honda 250ex has a capacity rating of 243lbs. Im setting at 325ish....give or take. I dont ride crazy with it but I usually get it 6 or 7 feet in the air pretty consistently. Ive never had a problem.

Those weight ratings are VERY conservative. That machine is well built so I forsee NO problems. If we were talking about a Chinese ATV or something of the like I would be concerned.

Your good....have fun on your quad.
