Power shifting

Just wondering how many of you powershift your manual machines. I do it on my manual atvs dirtbikes and street bikes everytime I ride.

I only do when racing or climbing a sand hill other wise i try not to but i know guys and that is the only way they shift.

Usually i only do it when I am getting tired/arm pump. i really don't care if my machine is faster straight line or not, so I rarely do it drag racing.
