i am new to the forum and am having trouble posting pic anywhere including in my garage or for my avatar it say's my pics are too big or something. I have pictures from two different camera's and they both are too much memory or whatever can somebody help me out with this can i change an picture i already have or do i have to use a cheaper camera like on my phone or something

Open the pictures using windows paint. Then click on the Image tab and you'll want to click on Sketch/Skew. Change the % to 45 on both horizontal and vertical. Then use the Save As tool, unless you don't care that you just made the original smaller. The smaller picture should load fine after that.

The avatar is limited to how big it can be. Once you've reduced the size of a picture, you can check the size (pixels) by clicking Image then Attributes.
