do not buy from R J sport & Cycle Duluth MN. I ordered some parts on 9-10- the confermed shiping on 9-13- witha ups tracking # called ups to track the # is NOT a good # so called RJ they say it is and they shiped it so Oh!! Well!! take it up with UPS! UPS said they never created that # nor did they pick up any packages from RJ cycle! so I sopose i'm S.O.L. ! for the parts and my $$$ If MN wasn't so far to drive I'd go there and ????

 

Did you pay with a credit card?..if so,dispute this charge with you credit card company,then report them to the better business bereau (sp?).

 

I've had a few places that sent me a shipping number that the shipping company couldn't find. It turned out to be a good number, just hadn't actually been sent so the shipping company didn't have a record.

Also, are they actually shipping it from their location or having it drop shipped? Adds a few extra days there as well. Unless it's coming from China. Add weeks then.

Like XTC said, if you used a cc, you can dispute the charges.

 

I've dealt with them on a number of occasions without a major issue. Long as you have a receipt then it should be easy to resolve. Some of their parts people are really good and some not so good. Hopefully it gets resolved and I would push for some free next day shipping. That has worked for me with other places in the past.
