As far as a rad and fan, depends if what you have for a sled has one already, if so use them, same with which ever quad you get, just use whatever they come with. size wise if you have hunt one down, a 12x12 or so about a half inch thick minimum would suffice, but if you can go bigger, fitthe biggest one you can (small 4 cyclinder cars would a good source at the local picknpull)and for a fan something with a 6inch diameter or so would be plenty, I'd put some sor of shroud on it as well.
