Carb Cleaning tricks ??

I can't imagine that does a whole lot for your teflon coated pots.
You tell me, does it work? If anything, I would have soaked it in carb cleaner for a few hours.

i use a combination of carb cleaner, compressed air, and if it's real dirty, i soak it in diesel for a day, then start scrubbing. i use an old battery operated toothbrush that can hit the inside corners(can you tell i'm a little lazy and don't want to wear out my arm?! haha), and also use a brass tipped corner brush for really hard to reach areas. for the jets, i use an oxy/acetylene torch tip cleaner pack. the "rods" have file-like etching on them to help dislodge the bullcrap that can plug up the jets. yet they are rigid enough to not bend very easy.
that's my 2 cents. it works for me.........
