A good, inexpensive gps that works in baja
#1
I'm looking for some kind of gps system that works in baja. I don't want to spend more than $100 but have only been able to find ones for like $500 that say they work in baja. I want to be able to map a route as I go so I can go exploring with out getting lost in the mountains. I don't know if any of them can show various paths down there too, be cool of they did. Anyone know anything or have one they've used over there??

if you look at the Garmin 76CSx (around $229-and can be found cheaper)
it's got every bell & whistle in it one could ever want, I do understand it's a bit more than what you want to spend but Trust me ......it's got everything you could ask for and you can make your own overlays with it too, & premapping is a snap, ....also can be used with Google Earth!
here's a quick like that might help you some
