77 degrees today,81 forecast for tomorrow!
Hardly had any cold weather down here this year, seems like Florida! Pear and dogwood trees are already in bloom! I know you northern fellas know what cold is,but this is something I don't ever remember seeing in my life time down here. But last year had the biggest ice storm that lasted for weeks (sorry about the crummy Super Bowl weather) Hate to think about the 105-110 degree days coming ahead though

I wouldn't count on spring just yet. Yesterday high in the low 30's, today 65 , 30's tomorrow and today was supposed to be my last day working nights in salt trucks and maint. on the 80/90 toll road but now I found out I have to stay on a few more weeks. And on top of that I'll be slipping back into my mixer march 15. So much for a couple weeks off to play and loaf around. I know I shouldn't bitch since I have a job though.

Here in northern MN, by Duluth, we got DUMPED on big time, a good foot of new snow, 40 mph winds, and temps 25 - 35 degrees. Hardly a mild spring, but GREAT for snowmobiles !! AT LAST>............I CAN RIDE !! woo hoo.......lol.

I'll settle for what we're getting this week. 40s and low 50s. Rain a few times a week but nothing to shovel which makes me happy. And I only shoveled 4-5 times all winter. It used to be every other day it seems.

It will be interesting to see what the summer brings around here. I can handle the 100+ degree days, just a little more rain would be nice.
Saw a clip on the weather portion of the news earlier in the week that says are last freeze is usually March 17th. I think we're done early this year.

Weather pattern's here are INSANE in the MEMBRANE!!! WTH??? Last week; record breaking temps 83-89 degrees. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous riding weather too!! All the trees around are in bloom (Dogwoods, Cherry, Rosebuds, fruit trees, etc) I LOVE this time of year in the woods!!
I do remember back in the 80's tho, we had 2 foot of snow dumped on us on April 4th!! (wowser!!)

The last few days of winter I had to turn on the air conditioner because it was in the 80s. In Michigan! It was the first time in my life it was hot in winter and some old records were broken. A week later the low was somewhere in the 20s. The temp keeps bouncing around but there's not much rain so it's all good riding weather.
