just bought an lt230s 87 for 300 bucks did some resto and now she runs great strong and smooth except for the shift linkage which can be fixed at home with the help of "LT230S VAULT" "GOOGLE SEARCH" so no worries just looking for some good contacts and ideas and opinions about the bikes anything is welcome but i would appreciate any contacts i could make who own the bike and wanna share info thank you

 

I just rebuilt mine, had it since it was new in 1985. Replaced just about every bearing, rebuilt the engine, powder coated many parts..most of it is captured in my build thread.

There are others on the site that know much more about these ATV's then I do, but I would be glad to help if I can. My opinion of the bikes is they are great, I have had mine since I was 13 and I am now 40 (good grief, it hurts to type that). It has always been a blast.
