Default Good ATV trails

I'm planning on visiting Black Mountain in Harlan County in Kentucky this weekend. I've heard it's really good but I was wondering if anyone has been? I found a good video that talks a bit about the area but I was hoping to get some feedback on this place and any others along the East Coast that may be good...

I have been there to Evarts...Was nice trails, well maintained, can ride on the streets in Evarts to gas food, stores...not sure if you can ride on the main roads outsisde of town yet...we could when i went in 2007 but the state killed that idea as theya re state roads..maybe ya can again but i would doubt it..knowing how states werk.
Evarts had 2 campgrounds in town..close to everything a very small town has to offer...but thats all ya need really. gas, food, resturants..and a place to sleep (camper) . cabinsa re there as well and the trailhead leaves right outta town.

I say "go" and you will enjoy it.
Oh, and a community campfire at the north campground, i believe, and the locals (Harlan county ridge runners) host rides every saturday and sunday so you can go with a group and see A LOT !
They took us to the radar ball that sees the whole eastern seaboard...cool thing..hope terorists don't see it though
