Hey all.. im new to the ATV world. I bought a raptor 350 and went to grease the fittings and they broke off. Like 4 of them and i stopped because i don't understand why??? any help?? i tried a different gun and one still broke.

 

Common problem when the zerks break is being a tad too rough when putting the gun on the nipple.

Did the nipples take grease? If not then its probably all bunged up and dried up where you want the grease to go, and a disassembly might be in order.

Changing the zerks are easy. Grab an easy out, take the zerk out, and install new one.
