i own both of those style quads. at 5' and 90 lbs, you'd have better control of the honda. the TB has a better ride but is obviously bigger. that's between you and your dad. personally, my kids ride both. one kid is 5'2" at 105 lbs and the other rode both from 5' up to now 5'10" @ 125 lbs. both handle both quads very well, but the TB has the better ride due to the longer wheelbase. the honda is more nimble.
BUT AS STATED, THAT'S BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR PARENTS. NOT MY ADVICE. . that's just my opinion and what i do for my kids. don't take my words and misconstrue them with your parents.

How are clutches dangerous? But anyway, I am all for the Honda. Watch some videos on youtube, the 250x is a very capable little machine and perfect for your size, me I am too big for it so am on a 400ex.
