Hey guys and gals, I am new to the forums and would like to explain a little bit before I ask my question here.

I just traded a laptop for a almost no problem 1980's? Yamaha Moto-4, I am guessing it is a 250 considering their is no badging regarding the CCs an their is no 4x4 just hi-low and rev. carbs leaking gas which isn't a huge problem right now, I'm guessing floats are sticking but anyway...

I would like to ride on the streets around here but I need to have it registered. I've looked at the VIN and between a little paint chipping and God only knows what the previous owners or owner has been through a few numbers are barely legible or not legible at all.

What should I do? This is what I've tried to figure out for the past few hours haha.
