Default Need Help with limax 110cc

i just put on a new carb yesterday but the throttle cable was kind of tight so i could barely give it gas. but it started up and the idle was super high and i dont know what to do!!! SOMEONE HELP PLZZ!!! does anybody have any ideas. it also will not accelerate as fast

ik where that is but how do i adjust it.. i found out yesterday that it was the throttle cable that was making it high rev and the idles all the way down and i dont know whats wrong with is Hitetyler plz help im trying to get it running for my son

You adjust the idle needle by turning it with a screw drive
The throttle cabe might be bad.
You could unscrew the throttle from the carb and once it's of if it's still hard to pull it might be bad if so while it's off you could put wd40 on it and work it some

There would be a place to put a flat head screw drive you will have to turn it and mess with its settings
