90cc parked up last year. I pulled it out as my little one wants to learn. So i cleaned the carb, the jets, got new battery, spark plug is ok, compression is fine blows my finger right off. I even sprayed quick start to see if it would fire but it only cranks. I checked all the wiring seems fine..

 

Did u check the fuse under the seat by the battery
