I was asked by my boss to take a look at his sons hammerhead thats about all I know about it, other then it has a weird problem... He says he is going to locate the info on it but until then let see if I can figure it out.

He said it would not start.. I got in it and had to really pump and feather the gas pedal it cranked and I got to noticing a spot of what smelled like gas but was oily under it like a qt or so. then noticed something coming out of the seam of a part.... I have no clue what it is or called I have googled till my fingers hurt


Thats it after getting on the internet one of the guys in the shop happened to pull the oil dip stick only to find it over full and coming out with a strong smell of gas

Any ideas
