Default HPD contact info?

I have a 2001 Polaris Sportsman 500 that it is hard to turn and has a significant amount of side to side play in the handlebars. I can see movement in the lower bushing and around the rivets. I have looked around and a lot of people have replaced the stock setup with a HPD bushing kit. How do I contact them to order a kit? I have done a google search and nothing came up and all of the links that have been posted don't work. Also I have read that I should try and grease the upper bushing but can't find the zerk. Thanks

If you still have the old plastic steering block and rivets, you probably have a 2000 model(or early 2001) as for the 2001 model they show the updated steering block with the bearing and updated heavier steering post.If you can't find the sturdier set you're looking for you can up grade to the new steering post, bearing flange and bearing for not too awful much $. Items #4,8,9 on the parts break down.Just an another option on the table for you, plus we never had a problem with these like we had with the old plastic block and rivets coming loose. Ok thanks. It could be a late 2000 or early 2001. I do have the black plastic with the rivets. I found one that speedwerx sells for $72 but that seems a little high for a bushing. Has anybody used one of these and how did it work?
