Exclamation Tires

So I'm looking to get new tires Polaris Xpedition and not sure what to get. I'm looking at either kinda xecutioner or the itp mega mayhem. Right now I'm running Sedona mud rebels and they are great but Im not sure if they make them in a 27" tire. What are y'all's opinions? Get another set of sedonas or the Kendra's or the itp hell any other suggestions?

If you want the lightest 6ply mud tire made with a tall aggressive 1.19" lug I would get the Maxxis Zilla.

Here is a site with all the tire specs and because you have a 425 weight would be a concern. ATV Mud Tires : Best ATV Tires look at the Zilla weight and lug high vs the rest its not even close.

My first 350 Grizzly handled 26" Zillas no problem.

Definitely can't add a lot of weight is true but I do plan to put the 500 ho cam and carb on it along with jet kit and snorkel so I don't know what that'll do performance wise

Example Zilla 27-11-12
MZ52100

23.4lbs

1.19" lug

Kenda executioner

27-12-12
08538129A

1.18" lug

36 lbs

13lbs lighter "per" tire is big on a 425cc.

I just use the above link for tire specs not buy them there. It looks like they do not carry the Sedona brand.

Another one that's not bad is ITP Mudlites but only the (XL) have the tall lugs and the (XXL) have a very aggressive lug. The (AT) are just trail tires.

In that type of riding the ones you are looking at seem good.

If it was say the Mudlites for example.

The AT are trail tires.
The XL are both trail and Mud.
The XXL are strictly Mud and soft dirt. They would vibrate pretty bad on hard packed trails.

Try to get a lug taller than 1" but not taller than 1-1/4". Is my suggestion. Even 1-1/4" would be a rough ride.

Some brands like Zilla do not offer a 1" lug unless you move to a 26" tire or bigger.

If you get something with a lot of tread near the middle of the tire you won't have a rough ride/vibration on hard pack or at least not as bad.
