Project quad, was sitting for 5 years in guys backyard. I took carb apart and cleaned it as best I could with carb cleaner. Replaced needle valve & float. Put back on quad, and quad starts...BUT. The machine will only run without air filter. As soon as I put air filter on it won't start?
