Thank you Old Polaris tech Persistance paid off finely found a broken wire in the wiring the red white coming back from the left saftey switch plus the ground were both broken not allowing power to the start side of the key switch.
Very disappointed in Polaris size and quality of wiring

 

Wiring size really isn't the problem on the older non efi models,but not enough slack,not enough protective sheathing on a lot on the wiring harnesses did cause problems and also the way some wiring was routed that caused wires to rub against one another. Glad you found the short.
