Default 2008 polaris rzr 800 battery problems

when we run this vehicle we notice that the fan stays on for a long time and causes our battery to run low and then not able to crank. Could the stator not be working properly or could we have a engine cooling problem, radiator is clean and we have a brand new AGM battery on there

First off at an idle check that the battery is charging 14-14.5 volts. If not this could be the reason why the battery is draining down if charging is below this voltage. Could be a faulty regulator if it isn't. Item #18(according to build date)Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

Make sure on build date of your machine as part numbers could be different if any parts need to be ordered. Vin # to any dealer can give you that info if you don't have the original built sheet that came with the machine.
