tao tao 110cc ATV issues...
#1
Hello all! I have a Tao Tao 110cc ATV with a few issues.
The metal bracket that mounts rear of engine to frame has a crack going all the way across. Was causing chain to come off and needs to be welded. Now, it can be welded BUT I wonder if there is any kind of modification that can be done to prevent it from re-occurring??
2) I need to know what battery this ATV calls for. WalMart p/n? This 110cc ATV never had one and jumping solenoid is a pain in the rump.
3) The front wheels go out of adjustment frequently. The adjuster has nuts for locking but don't ever stay tightened.
4) I have the headlamp but it can't be mounted because the body mounting clips are broken off. Any ideas on repairing this issue?
Please advise. Any/all help given would be much appreciated. Thanks a million!!

as for the front wheels, you could try replacing the locking nuts with nylon insert nut
