Default 85:polaris trailboss 250 2x4

i have 90lbs comparrison change the rings n head gasket n still at 90 so i try a differnt cylinder n only got 60 lbs need help so i want to put the cylinder back on that i had 90 but need more comparrsion to run got spark n gas going to carb ..

No sense in just replacing rings.90 psi is too low. One of the cylinders need to be measured for the over size piston needed. Piston to cylinder clearance should be around .002 after boring and a light hone. A good dealer or machine shop can do this for you.

A new over size piston and ring kit with a good bore and hone job should show around 130psi or more.
