Hello, try posting your quad's issues in the Polaris section. Some very helpful and knowledgeable folks there.

Welcome to the forum.. The hand brake has a small starter lock out switch that allows the left control switch starter button to send power to the starter relay when the brake lever is pulled. Sounds like the start button may be engaged at all times. You might try some electrical contact cleaner in the switch and work the start button several times to see if that helps. If it doesn't you may have get a new control switch assembly. $100 bucks here in the cart. 0453103 LH. SWITCH ASM $102.22 Or take a chance on a used one from ebay.

If it starts by pulling the hand brake, then how do you shut it off? Does the killswitch work?
