Quad will not attempt to start. The reverse light lights up but not the neutral which it needs to start. Plenty of voltage coming from the battery and all wiring harnesses were checked and rechecked. Any clues?

 

Three things I can think of to check off hand. Since it's not displaying neutral,check the gear position switch connector coming from the gear case, the left control brake switch(If I remember correctly it's a starter lock out switch also like the youth models) plus the starter relay under the seat area. Probably one of these.

 

I am no where near a atv troubleshooter but while digging around the only way it attempts to turn over is with a jump from my truck but it doesn't fire. I checked the relay fuse which was burnt and installed a new one. I also noticed no spark from the spark plug so I bought a new one and that also isn't working. It has to be something near the start button/over ride area on the left hand grip just don't know how to check

 

I certainly can't remember everything on this little 200 from almost 11 years ago,that's why they make manuals just for people like me..
