Default Front axle 2003 Polaris Sportsman

Replace my CV boot on my front axle of a 2003 Polaris 500 Sportsman. Had to replace the a arm as well and now it won't fit together, my front axle won't go all the way in doesn't seem as if my front axle is all the way in what should I do?

Check that the cv is seated all the way on the shaft circlip. Easy way to tell is pull on the cv joint and it shouldn't move from the shaft if the circlip is locked in place properly in the cv joint groove.
