Default Kolpin ATV

Hey everyone, I'm starting to work on a Kolpin ATV I got from a hunting buddy a few years ago. It's older and faded and I'm not sure where to find the identification so that I can know exactly what year and model to be able to start looking for parts or anything else I may need for it.

Where is the vin number or identifier so that I know exactly which model of Kolpin it is?

Here is a picture of the ATV in its current, pretty rough state.

In my area they were sold by Cabela's and also Gander Mtn. I understand they were made by a foreign importer like hisun or Massimo. That was a few years back like mabey 10-12 yrs back. I looked at one for my grandson at that time and they seemed to be of a little better quality than many other smaller machines at that time. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Hello, in all likelihood the quad is made in China. Try asking in the Chinese Quad section of the forums to see if anyone can help.

Moose, thanks for the suggestion. I'll go post in that area and see if anyone can help. Didn't realize there was a Chinese section actually.

Kymco, thanks for the information. I don't know much about this particular brand so any info helps.
