Trail essential gear

I got tired of seeing all of the Charmin Lily's left behind by others so I bought some camo toilet paper.
I always take the basics like food and plenty to drink.
One can never be over-prepared. I carry what I think I might need and the majority of it stays in my trunk.
I freshen up my first aid kit every spring and thankfully I have never needed more than a big band aid.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to carry a bottle of Krazy Glue to close up cuts. On a scrape that big it would probably sting. It's a non-sterile version of medical adhesive that brain surgeons use. It sticks great on skin as long as it's fairly dry, but it won't work if blood is gushing out. One of my friends keeps a bottle in his tool box. He's needed it a few time that I know of so I'm thinking he should buy it in bulk for all the times I didn't see him use it.
I was riding too fast and came around a corner only to meet a truck and trailer head on. I hit the brakes and slid up on the berm and fell off my ATV and slid underneath his pickup.
I was pretty lucky.
The driver told me that 10 years ago on that same road the same thing happened but the kid was riding a motorcycle. The kid hit him head on and was killed.
I think he was more shook up than I was.
I didn't even know I was bleeding until I saw the blood on my glove.
