Input and suggestions

Hello, I have a question about my quad hoping someone has seen this issue or can tell me what's going on. In February I purchased a brand new straight out of the create 2021 Kymco MXU 700I Euro, nice looking machine, excellent power, and acceleration. I jumped on it one afternoon and blasted down my street and back and my buddy did the same as he wanted to see how it ran.
The machine at this point only had 30 miles on it and what I heard and saw was quite disturbing to me. I heard a tick once every 15-20 seconds (one tick at a time) started looking around to see where it might be coming from and notice the head pipe was GLOWING RED! I've never seen anything like it on anything with a motor and exhaust, not a car lawnmower, mini bike, go kart, motorcycle, ect. Took it to the dealer where I bought it and it was there 3 weeks( not impressed) saying they couldn't get any response from Kymco. Well....after 3 weeks I finally got it back and I'm being told there is nothing wrong with it! They said they fired up all the ones they have and they all did the same thing, they also said they spoke to Kymco and there's nothing to worry about.
I am worried that because the head pipe is glowing red like that I'll end up with a thrown rod, warpped pistons and so on. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

No that's not right its telling you the fuel is not right. I used to have a old Toyota truck that when i got rid of it was running so rich that the whole manifold and down pipe was cherry red. Its not safe like that either especially if your riding out in the bush or long grass as you will possibly start a fire like that. If their not going to fix it i would find some place that sells a tuner for it and get it tuned properly, Or take it back to the dealer and tell em to either fix it properly or give your money back. I have never seen a machine run that hot at the pipe and i ride a can am that runs notoriously hot. Also with it running that hot you run the risk of damaging the pipe or engine if you decide to go play in the water, the rapid cooling with eventually make the pipe brittle and it will break off
